We are seeking a dynamic Hotel HR Generalist to contribute to our world-class hospitality by supporting our most valuable asset – our Palace People.

Your Role:

As the Hotel HR Generalist, you will:

  • Handle employee relationswith confidentiality, offering guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Oversee compliance with Irish employment law and maintain meticulous employee records.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training initiatives that empower our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement programs that enhance morale and retention.
  • Partner with department leaders to provide strategic HR support that aligns with the hotel’s objectives.
  • Ensure compliance withhealth and safetyregulations, coordinating training, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD membership is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attitude: A proactive, approachable, and empathetic professional with a passion for people development.
