Role: F&B Manager

We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Food and Beverage Manager to join our Nayara Resorts Costa Rica team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and passionate leader with a strong connection to both the team and our guests. We are looking for someone who is eager to explore, innovate, and enhance our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with service and setup procedures across all dining and consumption areas.

- Conduct brief visits with guests at various times during service, introducing yourself as the department head and offering assistance.

- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns within the Food and Beverage department, collaborating effectively with chefs from other restaurants.

- Exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with quality standards.

- Oversee administrative processes to maximize profitability and ensure timely submission of all required reports.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of five to six years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management.

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

- Certification in Hotel Waitstaff.

- Certification in Hotel Bartending.

- Customer Service Training.
