Breakfast Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced food service supervisor to lead and direct our busy breakfast team.

With a hospitality background in a quality establishment, you'll deliver a flawless food and beverage service to get the day off to the best possible start for our guests.  Beginning at 6.45 am, five days over seven, you'll be a reliable early riser with a big smile and a cheerful personality!  

You'll be responsible for managing the breakfast service in liaison with the Food & Beverage Manager, submitting an order for breakfast items for the following morning, and for ensuring that the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned down at the end of the shift.  This is a full time permanent position, five days over seven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily breakfast service.
• Lead, motivate and support the Front of House breakfast team.
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Allocate duties and ensure the team is prepared and briefed ahead of service.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food hygiene.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback and concerns.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure opening, closing and handover procedures are completed correctly.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
