Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking a Recharge Health Bar Assistant/Barista to join our team. This role suits someone who takes pride in fast, friendly service and consistent quality.

The role:

• Prepare and serve smoothies, teas, coffees, and healthy snacks to a high standard
• Deliver attentive, efficient guest service at the counter and tables
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in line with food safety standards
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Work as part of a small, close-knit team in a five-star environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous barista or F&B experience preferred (training provided)
• Genuine interest in health-focused food and drink
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working weekends/early shifts
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
