This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef to develop their career while working alongside Luke Selby, Chef Partner at Palé Hall, within a Three AA Rosette kitchen well on its way to Michelin Star recognition. The role is ideal for someone passionate about fine dining and eager to learn in a supportive, high-quality kitchen environment with strong opportunities for growth and development
To ensure your station and surrounding areas are clean and set up in the appropriate manner.
General mis en place to produce well presented food of a high quality
To help ensure that stock is managed to a consistent level and rotated accordingly.
To help manage stock effectively in order to minimise waste.
If required, to ensure temperatures are taken in accordance with food policy.
