For the 2026 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Commis de Rang who will become a key reference point in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service, in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux.
Your Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Rang in welcoming guests upon their arrival at the restaurant
Organize the restaurant according to the Chef de Rang’s guidelines
Greet guests courteously and escort them promptly to their tables in the F&B areas
Check cleanliness and take care of service details
Anticipate guests’ needs to ensure their complete satisfaction
Provide high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards and adhering to the service standards of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux
Manage the service from start to finish, creating unforgettable memories for our guests

What We Are Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in the same position
A five-star mindset and the ability to work in a professional yet friendly manner
Strong team-working attitude
An eye for detail
Customer-service orientation
Emotional intelligence: attentiveness to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues, and the ability to manage one’s own emotions in challenging situations
Passion for service, courtesy, and discretion
Well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Respect for nature and the values represented by the land
