Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef de rang , ready to support our exceptional restaurant team.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Oversee the service team and ensure smooth coordination during service hours.

•  Assign tasks to the commis de rang, ensuring that each team member knows their responsibilities.

•  Collaborate with culinary staff and other front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless communication and cooperation

•  Interact with guests in a professional and kindly manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.

• Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience and address any issues that may arise during their visit.

• Be aware of specials, promotions, and any additional offering sand promote additional sales through suggestive up-selling techniques.

 •  Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring that there are no shortages during service.


We required:

•  Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is preferred.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and employees at all levels,

• Problem solving especially in high-pressure situations,

• Good proficiency in using Seltz ,

• Advanced level of English, French confidence is a plus

• Available for some double shifts during the week

•  Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and equipment.
