Join our Spa Team as a Practitioner where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property, also recognized by Forbes, Michelin (Two Keys), AAA 4-Diamond, and T&L’s World's Best Hotel.

As a Spa Practitioner you will:

  • Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
  • Provide a welcoming greeting and consultation unique to each guest
  • Perform Massage and Spa treatments on guests ranging from Relaxation Massage to Body Treatments
  • Project a friendly and professional demeanour to guests, upholding guest service standards of the Wickaninnish Inn
  • Promote the Spa’s products and educating guests on home care recommendations
  • Maintain spotless spa and treatment areas that are tidy and fully stocked

Our ideal candidate will embody the West Coast culture, while still being committed to the art of hospitality and pursuit of excellence. They will have:

  • Exemplary customer service skills and demonstrate a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high standard environment, and creative problem solving skills are necessary.
  • A strong passion for the health and wellness industry.
  • The availability to work evenings, weekends and open to adjusting schedule for business needs.
  • A minimum 1000 hours of combined training in Massage Therapy modalities.

A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview.

Salary/Wage: Commission based plus gratuities. FT, 4 days a week is equivalent to $20.08 - $28.13 per hour
