Massage Therapist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team at a cozy and natural spa, where we value holistic care and the use of natural products.

Responsibilities

• Perform various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, among others), tailored to each client’s needs
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess the client’s health history and goals, recommending appropriate treatments
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and peaceful environment in the spa, including room setup and replenishing materials
• Assist with reception duties: welcoming clients, appointment management, and providing professional and friendly customer service (additional requirement)
• Work closely with the team to ensure a harmonious and satisfying experience for clients
• Adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in accordance with industry regulations

Requirements

• Certification as a Massage Therapist and at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end spas
• Knowledge and mastery of different massage techniques and spa treatments
• Communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming experience
• Conversational level of English (able to communicate fluently with clients)
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills in daily tasks
• Experience in managing appointments and bookings
• Additional knowledge such as conscious breathing, meditation, or fitness is a plus

Salary and Conditions

• Salary: €1,400 net per month
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, typically from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, depending on occupancy and the hotel’s needs
