The Xara Collection in Malta is currently looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Chef Tournant to join our esteemed culinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to work at our prestigious Michelin star restaurant in Malta located in a beautifully restored 19th-century palazzo in the vibrant Balluta area.

• You possess at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced yet quality-driven environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage designated sections, including day-to-day ordering.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

• A genuine desire to grow and develop within the culinary arts.

• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
