Apparel Fashion Stylist and Sales Associate - Full Time

Located 15 minutes from Chapel Hill, our property is one of the original Relais & Chateaux destinations in North America since 1980, complete with an award-winning fine-dining restaurant, luxury 32-room inn, spa, boutique shops, a beer and pizza garden, events spaces, and one of the state’s last remaining independent bookstores.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly compensation depends on experience

• After a 90-day probation period, the employee is entitled to the following:

Dovecote Style in Fearrington Village is seeking a full time Fashion Stylist/Sales Associate. 

Primary Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain personal clientele

- Possess an optimistic, positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to lead and be led

- Operate the register to facilitate transactions

- Read and collect data through our inventory technology

- Boutique maintenance

- Balancing the daily business financial records

- Generally, requires standing and walking for the entirety of shift

The ideal candidate should:

- Be extremely passionate about luxury

- Have a polished, fashion forward approach to personal wardrobe

- Communicate well

- Have experience in sales and the capacity to convey excitement to clients, their passion for luxury and quality, relationship building and a great substantial ability to further their training in sales

- Be able to work in a team setting and maintain positive energy in groups

- Be available to work weekends and holidays
